1. Delivery Process
- Parcels are picked up from seller's location in Karachi (door-to-door)
- Quick Feet books parcel with best available courier partner (PostEx, Leopard, Trax)
- Tracking number is shared with seller via WhatsApp
- Delivery is made nationwide across all major cities of Pakistan
2. Delivery Timelines
📍 Karachi (Same City)
Same day or next day delivery
📦 Other Cities (Nationwide)
2–5 working days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner operations, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Address Verification
- If a customer's address is incomplete or unclear, Quick Feet team will personally call the customer to verify the address
- This reduces failed deliveries and return rates
- Seller will be informed if address cannot be verified
4. Failed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, courier will attempt re-delivery
- After 3 failed attempts, parcel will be returned to seller
- Quick Feet will notify seller of failed delivery status
5. Return Policy (RTO – Return to Origin)
- Returns are processed as per courier partner's return policy
- Return charges apply as per courier partner rates
- Returned parcels are delivered back to seller's Karachi address
- Return timeline: 5–10 working days
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
- Any damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Quick Feet will assist seller in filing a claim with courier partner
- Claims are subject to courier partner's investigation and approval
- Quick Feet is not directly liable for damage or loss caused by courier partner
7. Parcel Packaging
- Seller is responsible for proper packaging of parcels
- Fragile items must be clearly labeled
- Improper packaging may void damage claims
